Tuscan Chicken Thighs With
Napa Valley Rub

Ballentine Napa Valley Rub is available in our tasting room and is a favorite with visitors. This recipe is easy to prepare. Be sure to give the chicken at least 15 minutes to marinate. If you can prep and marinate a few hours ahead of time, you'll be even more pleased with the results.
INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ lb bone-in chicken thighs
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tbs Ballentine Napa Valley Rub or as desired
DIRECTIONS
Remove chicken thighs from refrigerator and pat dry
Place chicken thighs in a large bowl
Apply rub generously and toss to coat.
Add the wine and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 min or up to several hours for more flavor
Grill over medium heat, until thighs reach 165–175°F, 30-45 minutes
Serve with roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled broccolini and top with salsa verde.
